“A fantastic space for teamwork and co-creation.” The Employee Experience in the New World of Work Learner Time Matters Session

The Learner Time Matters session for the BeNext Employee Experience program was a fantastic space for co-creation and teamwork.

During this final live session, the cohort was challenged to find possible solutions to a hypothetical case, in which HR professionals at a pharmaceutical company had to redesign all cycles of the employee experience from a series of internal changes, including investing in a revamp of their machinery despite the economic slowdown caused by the pandemic.

The possible solutions devised in the breakout rooms were creative, innovative and well-founded. The groups highlighted the importance of approaching the problem not only from training old and new employees to use the new machinery, but also working on reinforcing the values, purpose and culture of the company as a fundamental basis for maintaining the cohesion and commitment of the entire team. In addition, they highlighted something important: that it is not just an “HR problem”, but a challenge for the whole company.

It was a very enriching conversation in which it was possible to appreciate much of what was learned in this program as it draws to a close.
